The "PFC Analysis LC Column" is designed and tested to efficiently delay the elution of per/polyfluoroalkyl compounds (PFCs or PFAS) released from pump components, solvent lines, and solvents. When these compounds co-elute, they can interfere with the detection of PFCs in samples such as drinking water, potentially affecting quantitative results. This product is recommended for use in conjunction with the InfinityLab PFC-Free LC Conversion Kit (5004-0006). The "InertSustain AQ-C18" is an ODS column designed to retain highly polar compounds more strongly compared to conventional ODS columns, while possessing high inertness and durability. By introducing ODS groups to achieve an optimal bonding distance, it successfully enhances the retention of highly polar compounds under elution conditions close to 100% water.
